Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) is a Constitutional Body established Under Article 315 of Constitution of India which provides a smooth and efficient functioning of the Government of Maharashtra by providing suitable candidates for various Government posts and advise them on various service matters like formulation of Recruitment Rules, advise on promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions etc

MPSC State Service Exam is conducted in three stages: 1. Prelims for 400 marks 2. Mains for 800 marks 3. Interview for 100 marks MPSC COMBINED GROUP B EXAM & GROUP C EXAM is Conducted in two stages: 1. Prelims for 100 marks 2. Mains for 200 Marks No interview except PSI
NABARD Eligibility
The eligibility criteria to be qualified in the NABARD exam are described below.
Nationality: Indian citizenship
Age restriction: From 18 to 35 years of age.
The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories and it is mentioned below.

Educational Qualification:
- Development Assistant: Graduation in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) or equivalent from any recognized institute/ university.
- Development Assistant (Hindi): Graduation obtained from a recognized university in Hindi / English medium with English and Hindi as a mandatory or optional subject with at least 50% aggregate marks (pass marks for SC / ST / PWBD / EXS applicants) (OR) Graduation in English & Hindi as main subjects with at least 50% aggregate marks (pass marks for SC / ST / PWBD / EXS applicants). Candidates should be able to translate from Hindi to English and vice-versa.
- Candidates of the Ex-servicemen category must be either a graduate from a recognized University or must have passed the matriculation or its equivalent of the Armed Forces with a minimum of 15 years of defence service.
- Candidates applying for the post in a specific state should be fluent (reading, writing, talking and comprehending the language) is the official language of the State.
A Maximum number of attempts:
“NABARD has not notified any limit on the number of attempts to write the exam. An applicant is allowed to write multiple times until his maximum age limit.”

How to Apply for the NABARD exam?
A candidate can follow the below steps for online application.
- 1. Access the official webpage of NABARD and click on the option “ADVERTISEMENT FOR GROUP B RECRUITMENT 2019 (DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT/ DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (HINDI) on what’s New? section.
- 2. A new open will be opened and click on “Registration Link (Apply Online)”
- 3. Go on with New Registration and provide the required credentials.
- 4. Upload the necessary documents (Signature, photograph, a handwritten declaration, and left thumb impression) as per the specified format.
- 5. Pay your application fees by using Cash Cards / Mobile Wallets, Internet Banking, Debit Cards (Visa / RuPay / Maestro/ MasterCard), IMPS, Credit Cards and complete the application process. For future references, take a print out of the e-receipt and application form.

IMPORTANT POINTS:
- All the above tests excluding the test of the English language will be bilingual (English and Hindi).
- The penalty is 0.25 for each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions.
- The preliminary exam is of qualifying paper as it is only for screening purposes. Candidates who score equal to or more than the cut-off will be considered for selection.
Language Proficiency Test:
If the selected candidates produce SSLC or HSC certificate stating the official language as one of their subjects, they will be freed from the Language Proficiency Test. Other candidates should undergo LPT and unsuccessful candidates will not be offered an appointment.

- 1. Go to the official website of NABARD.
- 2. Select “NABARD 2019 Admit card”
- 3. Provide the Registration ID and the password.
- 4. Download and get a printout of the NABARD Admit Card.
